We are delighted to announce that The Staveley Arms team have won ‘Best Pub Food of The Year’ at The Flavours of Herriot awards 2022!
We are incredibly proud of our amazing team for winning this award which recognises the best of the best in Yorkshire cuisine. Thanks to all of our customers, staff and community for your support, it’s greatly appreciated!
Here is some of what the judges had to say:
“This is a lovely traditional pub with contemporary décor offering restaurant standard food. The welcome was warm with lovely touches such as freshly baked bread. The service was the right speed and friendly and food delicious. The judge chose a cheese souffle which was light and fluffy, and we all know how difficult it is to cook a souffle don’t we? The fish pie was packed with fish and full of flavour and the sticky toffee pudding would be worth a trip on its own!”
